"It was the first time it had been cleaned since we purchased it four years ago. Two cats and a 90 lb lab, later, we were blown away at how gorgeous the couch came out after they cleaned it. We also had an upholstered bench cleaned - and it looks brand new! The couch and bench had many watermarks from our own cleaning and every single one of them came out. The team was supposed to arrive between 10-12 noon with a 30 minute call warning us. They called at 9:30 and were there by 9:50! Friendly, professional team took great care of these first time customers. We won't wait 4 years to clean it again knowing what a supreme job Enviro Steam does. Thank you!"

I have used three other carpet cleaning services none of whom did as thorough a job as Steve. "Luis and his team showed on time, actually a bit early. They brought the people I requested. I chose to have 3 people for two hours. It was 3 people and Luis for two hours or a bit over. Luis walked through to find exactly what I wanted and took notes, I appreciated that! They cleaned the entire time, all of them. They did everything I asked for! I've had house cleaning services throughout the years when I lived in my own home. No one has ever listened more closely nor completely satisfied me like they did before! It is a bold statement. I believe most all tried in the past, but Luis taking notes and clarifying if he wasn't sure what I meant, I think made all of the difference! We are going to keep Jacklen's Maid service with Luis and his team. I look forward to working with them in the future. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends."
