It is noticeably cooler in the house. The person who contacted me was Dustin. He was very professional and did a great job explaining things to me and laying out my options. The crew, which included Aldo, Roman, and Aaron were very professional and respectful to the care of our home and performing their job. "After having a new air conditioning system installed, to replace an old inefficient one, we decided to make sure our attic had the correct insulation as well as the appropriate R-value. Since our home was built in the 1950's, the insulation throughout the attic was minimal. We hired Insulation Commandos to survey and provide us with the appropriate solution. The solution involved removal of the old insulation, cleaning the area, and installing the correct insulation based on our homes location. "I wanted insulation blown in above the ceiling of my condo to lessen the noise from my neighbors above. Darren was very responsive and professional and knew exactly what I was looking for. The crew arrived on time, was very nice, and covered the house in plastic sheeting to protect everything from the incredible amount of dust created by drilling dozens of holes in the ceiling to shoot the insulation. Their subcontractor Robert arrived the next day to repair the holes and repaint the ceilings. He also was able to install can lights in my living room (separate job and quote from the job Attic Construction was doing). During installation of the lights, we discovered that some of the cavities that should have been filled by new insulation were not, due to a problem with the old insulation. One call to Darren and the insulation guys showed up early the next morning to take care of it. Robert the drywall guy and his helper Carlos did an amazing job repairing all the holes, you can't even tell that my ceiling looked like swiss cheese at one point. The reduction in sound coming from upstairs is noticeable due to the new insulation and I love my new lights. Be aware though that a job like this is incredibly messy and dusty but Attic Construction OC made it as easy as possible."

"Rob was amazing! I wanted to get my attic insulated, my house was built in the sixties and had never been updated to current standards. Was able to get an estimate within 2 days and when he came he inspected throughout to see if there were other problems which he found from when we replaced out AC ducts. Estimate was extremely reasonable and was able to get a insulation date the following week. Luckily we were able to get this done before the heat waves started and I already have noticed the improvement on retaining ideal temperature and my AC runs much more efficiently and has to run for less time. Cant recommend this company enough!"
