"Kenneth Stock of Absolute Floor responded quickly to my request for assistance in plank floor repair. He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding various techniques to possibly repair of the floor. After coming out to scope the job, he went out of his way to do a lot of research in order to find the materials necessary. Unfortunately, the vinyl plank used in our initial installation is no longer available."

"Our hardwood floor was badly damaged due to a pipe leaking from the condo apartment above us. As soon as we called Hometown Restoration, they responded quickly and sent their experts to inspect the damage. With the help of the dryers, they begin the drying process quickly. After that, they removed the whole hardwood floor and cleaned up our entire apartment before departing. Hometown Restoration performed an excellent job on floor restoration. They were quick to respond and helpful. They also had a friendly approach and were considerate. We sincerely thank the Hometown Restoration team for their excellent effort. Highly recommended for any water damage difficulties."

CFD was very punctual and professional throughout the process.  They allowed us to take a ton of samples home to view and offered helpful insight that allowed us to narrow down to the right choice for our home quickly without feeling pressured. 

During the prep and install process they worked quickly and picked up after themselves each day until complete.  The end result showed great attention to detail and looks great.

Although the final price was probably 20% higher than the initial estimate, we couldn't be happier with the end result based on their recommendations for type of flooring and meticulous attention to detail during the installation. Would recommend them to anyone.

Or you can DIY it by using a long tape measure with a half-filled bottle of water attached to it. Lower the tape measure into your well. Once you feel tension on the tape, you’ll know the bottle has reached your static water level. This will give you an approximate idea of your well’s depth.

If you or your mortgage lender think your land survey needs to be more accurate, double-check the survey report and get at least a second opinion from the original surveyor and an inspector, if possible. Although it’s unlikely, even reputable surveying companies can make mistakes. An inaccurate survey can cause problems down the road in the case of any property line disputes, so it’s best to resolve any inaccuracies as quickly as possible.
