He contacted me the next morning and the leak was repaired later that day. The repair, which had been unsuccessfully attempted by another roofer earlier in the week, has been through several significant rainstorms and hasn't leaked since. The members of the crew who fixed the leak were courteous and confident. Although the pricing wasn't clear to me ahead of time (and I didn't know until I was billed several weeks later), the final cost was within the ballpark Juan and I had initially discussed on the phone, which I considered to be reasonable. (I would have preferred having a breakdown of the costs in the bill, but that's obviously less important than the success of the repair.) Lastly, they offer a 5 year warranty, which I fortunately haven't had to use but nonetheless consider important. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this firm."
