"About 6 months ago Jose from CPHAC came to my home to diagnose a ceiling leak caused by my A/C system.  His knowledge, promptness and efficiency, as well as the positive comments from other Angie's List users, put CPHAC on top of my list for a complete HVAC overhaul.
I sent an email inquiry to CPHAC via their website on a Friday night and by Sunday I had received a reply from Bob, the president. On Monday I received a call from Doug, System Advisor, like Bob said in his email I would.  We set up an consultation for a few days away and Doug arrived at the time he said he would and even gave me a courtesy ring 30 minutes before arriving.  Before Doug entered my home he put booties on over his shoes. 
Doug looked over my existing system, took measurements and fielded my many questions.  Doug knows everything about HVAC from EPA regulations, to locally available city rebates, to the history of the Carrier Corporation, and his approach is pressure-free.  (CPHAC will install any brand equipment, not just Carrier.)   We came up with a few system choices and later that day, Doug sent me an estimate for both, just like he said he would.  
CPHAC kept doing what they said they'd do and when AND this continued throughout the installation and final inspection. Very impressive.
On the first day of the job, Doug came to my home to discuss the project with the install team, Roberto, Little Roberto, Jose and Noe, all wearing booties over their shoes (they arrived on time).  These guys were respectful of my home, polite, and clearly experienced.  They got right to it and operated like a well-oiled machine.  When I met with Doug for the consult he told me that at the end of each day of the 3-day job, the condition of my home would be such that I didn't know that they had been there.  Given the messy insulation in my attic, I thought, "C'mon, Doug! No way!"  I was wrong, it was spotless.  The team moved the existing system out and the new one in without so much as a scratch on a wall.
CPHAC arranged for the city inspections and Doug will be complete the city rebate forms on my behalf.  
From start to end, my experience with CPHAC was smooth and worry-free.  I have no doubt that the 2-year CPHAC bumper-to-bumper warranty will be honored without a hitch.
