"They dealt with many complex issues regarding my pool and spa, including lighting, electrical conduit and wiring repairs , leaking water pipes, and all of the equipment. They thoroughly cleaned the pool/spa, and replaced tile. They saved me money by reusing my filter, after replacing the sand, and even repositioned it so it is easier to clean the whole area. They moved a large, heavy rock to the other side of the pool landscaping, at no charge! They installed a new energy efficient pump and vacuum, plus many other things, including a better sprinkler controller for my yard. They explained what they were doing, as they worked, and were always polite, flexible, honest, and often entertaining! I wish all my projects could be so painless. "Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
