"Bought a HUD foreclosed property in April, the pool had been drained and covered. The bottom was filled with green slime and had horsetail reeds (among other things) growing in the bottom. Unknown how long it was empty, and the pool equipment had been stolen during escrow.

It turned out to be a much more difficult job than first thought and the current filter just wasn't doing the job. Michael procured a much larger commercial filter at a discount and installed it, as well as coming over multiple times a week for over a month to vacuum it and add chemicals. He went far and above his original bid to get it "swim-worthy."
True to his word, he didn't charge anything other than the original bid, plus the costs for the additonal filter and equipment, and he put in many extra hours of careful attention to my stubborn problem. His monthly rate for service is very low, and I feel assured that he'll solve any minor problems along the way. Through it all, he was very patient, professional and dedicated. I feel fortunate to have found him and signed up for his monthly service.

"First hired Sal off of Angie's list over 2 years. He dug out an old stump, trimmed hedges(they were extremely over grown), cleaned out the garden beds and laid matting and put shredded bark on top. Put decorative rock around the oaks. The front looked great and asked him be our gardener for the front yard. Later we had him maintain the backyard lawn.  Before replacing a fence we had Sal remove a 50 ft cinder block planter.  After the fence was installed we had Sal reseed the lawn, dig out a plot of old dirt,gravel and cement and lay matting with rock on top. When the painter was removed we had Sal pick out plants to put in the new ground level bed.  He also fixed our sprinkler system. We have paid $1,200.00 at the most for Sal services. He also has supplied the materials which we have always left up to him. He now maintains the outside area of our property and we hope to have him for a long time.  He can get very busy with projects and I sometimes have to call him a 2nd time but he does get back to us."
