"Pier arrived on time and the date agreed upon, inspected and over two &half days to fix everything we needed. The roof leak was more complex and extensive than we thought. This was discovered when he inspected and water tested the suspected area of the leak. Pier purchased extra supplies, etc to do the repairs and paint the hallway so it matched with repair to the hallway ceiling . Also, laundry room walls were patched and painted as well."

"Kyle's employee, Salvador, came to our home on time. Spent all day making repairs. Very pleasant and professional to work with. There were a couple of extra services that Salvador provided I wasn't expecting, but it was important to him to do the job correctly (fixed a leak in the sink that wasn't in the original estimate). I really appreciated that. 
I have never used a handyman service so I did not have experience  to compare prices too. We agreed on the price, and everything was completed as stated in his estimate.
Rated responsiveness as good, rather than excellent, only because responses to e-mail inquiries were not always returned within 24 hours. Only area with room for improvement. 
Kyle himself is very professtional, showed up on time for the original estimate, with a very pleasant and earnest demeanor. Quality of work appears to be excellent. I would highly recommend this company for handyman services.

He came out with his brother last month to do the repair and the result exceeded my expectations. His stucco patch work was excellent as well.
