"Our project in Redwood City was a 14 month long, full house remodel with new addition (new foundation) mostly during the pandemic. So as big as they can get. From the start, I found Victor to be an upfront, knowledgable, and fair person. He clearly has years/decades of experience doing construction, and has a gut feel for it. At times he will appear to not dig into details but the promises he makes, he keeps. Every home project has surprises, no matter how much engineers and architects plan ahead. It's the craft of the person who is on ground every day that makes a project sucessful. When we found surprises, Victor was fair to us AND to his business. I liked that. He honored the design and plans and I feel like he delivered as promised, even during pandemic. Victors crew, esp. Bill was very polite and hardworking as well. Bill is truly one of the most friendly AND caring craftsman I've interacted with. At times HE was the one who pushed me to choose/buy better items (like the front mailbox!). It felt like he treated this project as his own accomplishment. I really felt in good hands with Bill. If I had to build a house again, I would choose Victor and his team without any hesitation. They are caring, skilled and very professional. Highly recommended."
