However, being the least expensive did not show itself in his impeccable work. His expertise, design, hard work and excellent crew made for a terrific outcome. Little extras not mentioned in the original plan were done without further expense. It was obvious his first concern was that I was happy. When he saw I was, in fact, happy, his face lit up with the joy of pleasing his customer that is rare these days. Another thing that was a positive for me was this is a family business.
