PRI is hands down the best roofing company in the Bay Area. Cannot beat Aggy and his roofing team, from the quote to the finished product, all aspects of the process were BEST IN CLASS! Great communication, transparency and responsiveness. Roof came out beautiful. Wouldn't hesitate to use PRI again in the future.

When we signed on with P.R.I. , we were already looking at a couple of oncoming storms, so the first thing they did was to protect us with a tarp -- Thank God! When the weather cleared, they set about replacing our very old, very leaky roof with a brand new, beautiful roof, repairing the damaged wood beneath as they went. Given the problematic pitch of the roof over our kitchen -- previously leak central -- Aggy (the owner) took care to use a different roofing material over our kitchen, to better accommodate and minimize standing water. When it was all done, we loved it so much that when Aggy said they also painted houses, we immediately followed the new roof with a new paint job. As the painting progressed, we were pleasantly surprised when they took care of things we hadn't expected, like priming and painting our garage and front & back doors to match (we really thought we were going to have to replace the garage door completely). And, just like the roof, they either replaced or repaired rotted wood. To finish it off, they installed brand new gutters, complete with leaf guards, all around. While they were working, the crews were very respectful and careful about our property, cleaning up every day before they left, often leaving areas cleaner than they found them. Everything was so well protected that we haven't seen a spec of paint anywhere it shouldn't be. We feel like we're living in a brand new home. We no longer have to be afraid of the rain, or ashamed of our drab and dilapidated exterior. And, while our neighbors have been very complimentary, some are a bit grumpy, saying that they now feel pressured to update their own exteriors. Our experience with Aggy and P.R.I. - Premiere Roofing could not have been better. We'd recommend them to anyone looking for a capable and trustworthy roofing/painting contractor.

I did my initial research for roofers by seeing what contractors were available through Yelp, Angi and DiamondCertified.org. After having a number of contractors come out and assess our needs, we went with PRI-Premiere Roofing Inc which is owned by Agapito Chavez Reyes and listed in the DiamondCertified.org website. The interesting thing is he didnâ t need to come out to the property to make the assessment but used technology to give me a detailed report. I was impressed by that because it meant that I didnâ t have to be present and take up my time during the assessment period. When I received the quote, I liked the fact that the unseen additional costs were listed separate from the main cost and was dependent on when the shingles were pulled and a closer inspection of the roof was made as opposed to other contractors that included it in their initial quote and was assuming that 10% to 20% of the base plywood would have to be replaced. I appreciated that a lot and I was glad that Agapito brought me up on the roof so I can see exactly what parts of the roof needed repair without the shingles covering them. The additional costs werenâ t that substantial and I think that would be a more honest way of presenting your quote to a client. Once I made the decision Agapito came out and inspected the roof. Agapito presented himself as very friendly, honest and very knowledgable about the material, the product being used and is able to answer any questions or concerns I might have. After I chose the shingle, contract signed and initial deposit, a date was set. The project took about 3.5 days with his team cleaning up after each day. The half day was just for finishing touches. They brought their own restroom in a trailer so they wouldnâ t have to bother the homeowner. I would recommend that the homeowner not be at home during the process because it is a lot of noise. And I didnâ t find that I had to actually be there because his team didnâ t need anything from me. Inspection was scheduled for the following week with Jairo, the Chief Operating Officer coming out and doing some finishing touches. The final check was submitted and Jairo took some pictures from his drone and shared them with us in an email. That was very cool because it showed me a wider view of the job that his team had done. All in all I was very impressed with the work. I would recommend PRI-Premiere Roofing Inc to my neighbors, friends and family. Great job guys!!!

Premiere Roofing team led by Aggy , did an excellent job in identifying and repair the portion of our Pacific Heights building 's roof that was causing a leak. They were professional , fair on pricing and pleasant to work with on the issue. And they stand behind their work. The HOA Board would not hesitate again to contact them again for a roof repair

After my research and quotes from many contractors, I hired PRI Roofing for my roof replacement and skylight installation. The quote was competitive, the price was right, the responsiveness was top notch along with their 20 years warranty of both materials and workmanship. And the work started within a week - because they would do contract only when they know materials are available - which is good thing with no wait time. Aggy was awesome and kept us well-informed throughout the process. In fact he also suggested how the overall look of the house may improve by few changes in fascia which actually would cost lesser than replacing some rotten wood blocks on the roof. The folks who were working knew what they were doing, had the right equipments - the overall process of installation was very professional yet friendly. The roof inspector from city did inspection at various stages and had no complaints or thoughts about work not done properly - that is so good! I trust PRI Roofing as a company, respect their values and their responsiveness to any questions we had. We would not hesitate to refer them to many of our friends. You won't go wrong hiring PRI Roofing for your work.

I’ve only purchase one roof in my lifetime. I can’t say one company is better than another. What I can say is PRI Premiere Roofing did an outstanding job for me. Coming home from work or wherever, I come around the corner to pull into my garage and I see that new roof – I’m fill with pride. My house looks good. They were easy to work with. Communicating problems before presenting a surprise final bill. They showed me the problems with the decking and rafter tails (which I knew existed) before they started repairs. All I can really say is, when putting out that kind of money, PRI is a good company to work with. In my opinion it’s because they take pride in their craftsmanship and their customers satisfaction. One other thing, talking with Jairo and crew put me at ease with their ability to do the job right. Which is the most likely reason I went with PRI. I’m glad I did.

I needed a new roof and received 5 proposals before I settled with PRI. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive one, but they were the one with the most information on their proposal. The proposal had the brand and specification of everything they put on my roof, including shingles, underlayment, starter, vents, and more. They use quality stuff. Workmanship and roof-leak warranty also beat others. Thanks to the team, especially Aggy who was like a program manager, I was well informed and updated during the whole process. I asked a lot of questions, and Aggy answered them all with details and respect. They have a team of 5-6 people to work on my roof. It took them 5 straight days to complete the re-roofing (the last day was mainly city inspection and taking drone pictures). Every day they cleaned up my yard well and provided me updates. They also fixed my wrong position gutters. After the re-roofing was done, they sent me pictures of my new roof taken by a drone. My husband went up to the roof with a city inspector, who said they did a really good job. PRI is truly professional and easy to work with. Very satisfied!

Jairo was great at explaining what damage was done to the roof and my options. He also gave great advice on maintaining my roof and I went forward with some preventative maintenance. Glad I did after seeing before and after photographs of what they did. His crew were very professional and attentive when asked questions. Will definitely call them if needed again.

PRI-Premiere Roofing was AMAZING! Jairo and Aggy definitely provided excellent service and were very knowledgeable, but importantly made you feel assured there are with you during the whole project! RI-Premiere Roofing sent me a professional quote in a timely manner and all communication was excellent! A definite re-hire for future roofing needs.

We have a two-story house that gets very hot on the second story during the summer months . We had two or three other contractors come out and inquired if they had any solutions to reduce the heat on the second floor. None of the other contractors had a solution. Aggy suggested a smart vent to reduce the heat on the second floor. This was a perfect solution and the second story is considerably cooler now. Aggy and his team were Professional and did a great job.

Recently, I had my house's roof replaced by PRI. They spent time to explain what I need, their quote is reasonable with high quality materials. Their team did a great job for every details. They cleaned the ground around the house every day before they leave. Also, they use satellite images to provide accurate quote. After the job done, they provide also a panorama video so that you don't need to go to the roof top to view your roof. PRI is a great company and I highly recommend PRI if you need roof service.

Premier Roofing was great repairing the dryrot damage under the eaves and fascia boards and found the specific matching replacement shingles that match the existing roof. The crew was professional got the work down quickly and left the job clean of any debris

I hired PRI Premier roofing to replace my old asphalt shingles roof with a new roof and to replace the air vent panels around the house. PRI was very fast and thorough in providing an estimate.
