"Ok looking for someone to remodel our house was hard work. Look no further. We got so lucky to find Bay easy construction the most amazing company that took good care us. We had and old kitchen and two bathrooms that needed work. In addition, all the interior of the house was painted and the old popcorn ceiling was removed. We also upgraded the electric system in the house and installed a new paneling. During the process Ofer advised to change the flooring and we went from carpet to tile and it made a dramatic difference for the best. Ofer gave us a tempting price to get it done and we are so happy we decided to do this. All the work finished for less than two months. Yay! Construction can be painful but this was a very pleasant experience. Ofer and Bay Easy Construction is a responsive, quality company that is concerned with customer satisfaction. Everyone was professional and friendly, and I felt that they really listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my dreams. By the end they felt like family that took good care of us during this process I am grateful to them. The work they accomplished was modern clean and really good quality. Ciro came by and provided a prompt and thorough quote.  We scheduled the repair within the next week.

Roberto showed up early!  He took care to cover the floors leading into the bathrooms, covered the fixtures and set about changing round holes to rectangular openings which fit the new fan fixtures.  After the drywall installation, he primed the new patch so I will be able to paint to match the rest of the room.

The work was well done and completed within a very short period of time.

"I continue to be a big fan of Wise Builders, and in particular, of Sal, the project manager, who, as usual, has been absolutely wonderful to work with on our 2nd project together. His meticulous work ethic, attention to detail, and caring nature (not to mention great personality!) have made me feel confident and trusting in him. This next undertaking started with replacing all the windows in the house (which turned out beautifully!). Sal then suggested that we put recessed lighting in the living room, dining room, and kitchen - something I'd never thought of myself. What a difference that has made, and it was so efficient doing it all at the same time! Sal then brought in his team of workers to take down my out-of-date wallpaper, texture the walls, and paint the entire interior, all of which breathed new life into my house! The highlight of the project, however, was the renovation of my guest bathroom, Sal was so amazing - he helped me pick out the tiles, lighting, vanity, and fixtures, and then made it all come together to create a gorgeous finished product - way beyond my expectations! "Pann is friendly, professional, efficient and his rates are very fair, and he cleaned up after himself. He did a great job for me, and I will definitely hire him again! Pann discussed my jobs when we made our appointment, and he told me what materials I could pick up prior to his arrival to save time if I wanted to. He kept me apprised on the day of the job of when he would arrive, since he was anticipating traffic. I also appreciated that Pann really listened to how I wanted conduit hidden for the outdoor security lights. He was patient with me and and came up with a creative solution that looks great and avoided busting through a thick wall. Pann was very sensitive to using his time efficiently, which saved me money. Pann also pointed out safety issues with my kitchen lights and he uncovered sloppy taped together out door wiring in a soffit. I intend to have him back to re-do the obviously defective prior electricians' work. In my experience, intelligent, trustworthy, efficient electricians are hard to come by, so you would do well to hire Pann for your electrical needs!"

"I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. The work that they did took only 2 days from start to finish and now we have more space at the garage, and the bills are much lower than before…."
