There were at least three separate moments during the installation of the Sense electrical monitor where I felt like he had completed the work sufficiently, but he went back and redid it because he wasn't happy with the quality and felt it could be done better and felt compelled to do the best he could. It ended up taking him longer than he expected but he didn't feel it was fair to charge me extra for that time. Anthony was knowledgeable and conscientious. Ossamu is a very detail oriented person, he thinks out all the possible options and comes up with the final solution. We got our electric panel upgraded, adding another panel and new wiring for adding more capacity, cleared all the walls of conduits and external wiring, running everything inside, installed recess lights, multiple new outlets, new focus lights on the outside moved solar panel to clear wall space and installed Tesla EV charger. The final outcome was much better than what we envisioned. Ossamu’s work is beyond expectation. He is creative and comes up with solutions to any electrical need we have. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric.
