- Diamond Life PavingWork was completed to our general satisfaction. Payment is the issue now. Contractor was eager to start the work within a couple of days so getting a deposit check to him ahead of time so he could order the asphalt thru a supplier was impossible. So we agreed to pay the supplier directly by giving them our credit card number, and did authorize and receive a receipt for the first order of asphalt, which payment we were told on the phone by the supplier would be enough to pay for the whole job and we may get a refund for the balance later, which we also did. Work was then completed and the contractor gave us a final request for payment, which we paid. However, we learned a month later on our bank statement a second charge by the asphalt supplier for material to the contractor (neither our name nor address was on their bill of sale so we don't even know if the second charge was for our project) was made without our knowledge or authorization. This constitutes fraud as well. So when we added up all of our payments to both the supplier and the contractor it exceeded our contract amount by $626.35. When I alerted both the supplier and the contractor about this asking for the refund there was no commitment to do so nor any dispute with our request. This was over two weeks ago, and the contractor has not responded or refunded us the overpayment. We've left multiple phone and email messages

He also assisted in stripping off an old lawn and grading for a new one. His prices are always very fair, and his work is excellent. I’ve never seen anyone quite as skilled in their use of an excavator or skid steer. He brings his laser and gets the grades just right. I recommend him all the time
- Santiago General EngineeringExcavation was first rate and incredibly efficient due to expert operators. Company owns and operates new equipment. We had huge job and everything was well within their scope and capabilities. Trenched and installed over 200 ft of electrical conduit and irrigations lines. Grading was outstanding. All drops perfect to spec. Recent rains validate all runoff built as designed to include very complicated 10 yard concrete stair, landing and retaining structure. GeoWall retaining system was a large 1100 sq ft project on a complicated incline. Base development, drainage and grid/strap installation all excellent resulting in level rows up to 6 feet high. Concrete planning, forming, color and execution of 60 sq ft slab with custom incllines exact to specification. Asphalt install on steep drive outstanding. Installed 4 inch steel boarders for erosion control and sharp presentation. Team members are absolute pros and highly efficient. Always on time and always left a clean jobsite. Company has my highest recommendation…5 stars

"Our experience with Bayside Paving was excellent., We met with Max for the estimate and he was here the next day to work on our driveway. He did an excellent job of prepping the driveway before applying the slurry. All the weeds and debris were removed and a blower was used to remove the dust in the prep. The necessary areas were masked, cracks were patched, and the slurry was applied. Very thorough in all aspects of the job!! He did what he said he would do which is excellent. The pricing was GREAT and the driveway that was looking in pretty bad shape now looks outstanding. I highly recommend using Bayside Paving.
