Leticia quoted me a good price with a timely date. Her crew arrived on time, worked hard, and produced a fine looking walkway.

Installed a nice, curved 4’ wide walkway from my driveway to my front porch – 17 linear feet long, complete with rebar reinforcement. One day job, and they did excellent work.

I am so impressed. A two day job for most contractors, was done in less than one day. They started on time and finished early. Really efficient, clean, and professional. Communication was great and kept us informed. Would highly recommend.

Leticia & her crew were great to work with. They definitely take pride in their workmanship. I first had Leticia work on my brick entry and I could not believe how much work they put into fixing and cleaning those bricks. The entry looks beautiful. Because my husband was so impressed with her work, he wanted a bid to fix the lip of our driveway that was damaged. She and crew once again did not fail to deliver. You can barely tell it was repaired because she matched the work so well. When I told Leticia that she could use me anytime as a reference (if needed) she responded, "I always let my work be my reference." I will still be her reference if needed!

Both their technical skill in pouring concrete and the professionalism of their estimating and billing were impressive. They are small, but efficient business. When the city mandated I replace sidewalks at two different locations, I talked to a couple of contractors and they were noticeably better than anyone else Then when I bought a topiary form for for my front yard, I used them to pour a little footing for it.
Each time, they were prompt and I was happy with their work. Just so you readers are not surprised, I am placing this same review on Yelp.

The work was excellent. Leticia and family arrived in the morning, did the demolition, including cutting back some huge shrubs. They had the new walkway and step formed by lunch time. When I returned home from work, they had finished pouring and were cleaning up. Everything was completed in one day!

It was a 45 ft sidewalk. The work went amazing and it was great. She was the first person to come up with a quote and she provided the quote before she left. She gave me an idea that it might take a week for scheduling and I told her that I was willing to sign the form right away as I had to go to the city and she was able to let me in. It was supposed to be done tomorrow but she got the work done last Saturday. She did a great job. She gave me a courtesy call to say that she was done sooner than we thought and then they arrived here on time and with everything that they need with them. The workers were family members. It was her husband, brother and one of her kids. I wanted to save a couple of pieces of the concrete as it was really old and not only did she make sure they save it but they used a concrete saw and made a nice neat rectangle for me to use as a stepping stone.
