Azteca contacted me, apparently there was some type of miscommunication regarding the estimate. The guy that came out thought he'd mentioned that I needed an engineer to come out to assess the damage before an estimate could be given, which is why it was never sent. I did appreciate their phone call to address the matter, which shows their level of professionalism.

"Chuck is a great guy. On time for bid and work, he can do anything.  

He repaired existing fence by moving boards and adding more, fixed my 2 gates as they were not opening and closing properly.  Then power washed them and stained fences and gates. Everyone thinks the fence is brand new!

He installed an exterior dryer vent in my garage and painted it to match the exterior.  Then welded a beautiful metal hand rail and painted it bronze to match my front door! 

We talked about building a mantel, and he did a mock up out of cardboard to show me scale, etc.  Amazing!! 

I AM SO HAPPY WITH HOW EVERYTHING TURNED OUT!!!  Talented, nice guy, you cannot go wrong. "
