If we discovered a mistake, or something we didn’t understand, or something we didn’t like…..they looked into it, explained it, and resolved it right away. They worked with us through a manufacturer defect in our tub that was discovered after install and required reinstalling a replacement tub. Throughout the project, we felt supported with clear communication and timely responses to questions or concerns. Everyone who came into our home was kind and respectful of our space, our pets and us working from home.
