Then I waited at the site from 9:30am, but they did not show up. Half hour later I texted them, no reply; then called them, no answer; I left message still no reply. I called at least 10 times, but no single answer. Whole day passed, no reply, seemed that the person and the company never existed. JC tree care never keeps promise, and is not trusted. I never ever want to work with the company."

"Cut down 2 large Cypress trees to level we requested as well as trimming limbs away from house on a Catawba tree. 1 sprinkler was broken but was repaired. Owner stopped by & said he didn't know the trees were so large, even tho we sent pictures, & should have quoted more. We gave an additional $250 cash to our $600 check. All debris was removed & lawn cleaned up. Very happy with results."
