He did all the work himself with quality materials and on time. I shopped this job to three Home Advisor recommended outfits. The first one simply never responded. The second one showed up on time and took a good look at the job. He viewed my half dozen issues as individual tasks, each needing an individual fix. He had no strategy and was soon planning jerry-rigged solutions and dramatic holes in my drywall. He didn't bother with a written invoice. His verbal price was good, but it ignored the mess he would create for me. I'm pleased to have hired Richard. I got well-executed, intelligent work. Note: only 4 stars for customer service. He was late to start, but he still did all the work in the two days we discussed."
