After 15 years since our remodel, the hinges on our unframed glass shower door were getting compromised. I found Valencia Shower Door on Angi and gave them a call. Stuart answered right away. I told him what was going on and sent him detailed pictures and measurements. Biggest concern was that the original work had been done 15 years earlier so there was a question of finding the specific replacement parts. 6 days after my initial contact with Stuart, the correct hinges, door handles, stripping and seals were all effortlessly replaced. Ray, and his assistant Carlos, were efficient, exceedingly professional and polite, and left the space immaculate. All told it took about 30 minutes. A perfect example of how to run a business and to treat your customers. An enthusiastic recommendation on all fronts.

Leo showed up promptly and carefully measured for two different frameless glass shower doors. One involved cut-outs due to irregular tiles, and the other was a replacement of an existing glass shower enclosure. Leo indicated when the doors would be ready and provided an estimate that day. The doors were ready when he said, and were installed quickly and without problem.  The installers did a terrific job, erasing all signs of the previous glass enclosure, and carefully working around the complicated tiles in the other bathroom.  Both bathrooms look great. I would definitely use them again.  Their estimate was more reasonable than other bidders, too. 

After calling a couple of companies, Valencia was the first one to call me back right away, very professional over the phone and very helpful. The price was the cheapest compared to the other ones. 
Once they went out to give estimate, they call me right away to give me price and they wanted to move forward quickly. Clayton was very helpful and friendly and was able to answer all my questions and called me back on a timely manner to answer about the details of the  warranty of the Diamond Coating. He even had suggestions about how to take care of the glass. He sent me pictures right away with the hardware options and he was very friendly.
I don't know the name of the person that install the showers or gave the estimate but they were very professional and friendly.
We are very happy with the results and happy with the service. It's rare to get companies like this nowadays that will be so efficient and good. 

I emailed several different frameless shower companies regarding a half shower door that I wanted installed in my master bathroom.  I provided photos and measurements of the shower door that I wanted and my current bathroom.  Valencia Custom Shower doors was the first to respond and they offered the best pricing. I did not know they had the best pricing at the time I hired them I was hiring them solely for their promptness in getting back to me.  It was after I scheduled for measurements that the other providers began to contact me back and I realized they also gave me the best price.  They came out the next day to take measurements and installed my shower door 5 days later.  The shower door looks fantastic and works perfectly.  I will definitely hire them for future projects.

I needed a glass panel for a pony wall in a newly remodeled guest bathroom. In this case, I did not want a full enclosure, and the installation had to coincide with the completion of other work being done in the room. I called Valencia Custom Shower Glass and Stuart came out himself on a Sunday to measure and make recommendations. The installation of my rain-glass panel happened yesterday and I couldn't be happier. The crew was professional and efficient. I think they were in and out in about an hour and the fit and finish is perfect. I recommend Stuart and his team for anyone needing this type of service.

I needed my old mirror removed from the wall to let the countertop guy replace my old outdated countertop with a new countertop, and then have the old mirror reinstalled. Stuart (the owner) educated me on how he installs mirrors nowadays to give them a clean look and be more secure vs. the old days. My old mirror was sitting on an unsightly metal J-channel bracket that was on top of the counter's backsplash and it was only being restrained from falling forward by two plastic clips at the top of the mirror that were secured to the drywall by two flimsy screws. Stuart doesn't use the unsightly metal J-channel bracket but instead lets the mirror sit directly on the backsplash and he secures it to the drywall using mastic (a tar like adhesive).
Stuart didn't try to talk me into anything and gave me two quotes, one for reusing my old mirror and one for getting a new mirror. His prices were reasonable so I ended up going with a new mirror and decided to get a new mirror for my other bathroom as well. And what really set Stuart apart was that he was willing to remove my old rollers on my shower door and replace them with new rollers. Most companies would've wanted me to buy a whole new shower door.
The two person crew, led by Ray, showed up on time both days that I scheduled them- once on a day before my counter install and once on a day after. The new mirrors look amazing, especially without the metal J-channel at the bottom and the cheap plastic clips at the top. And my shower door opens and closes very smoothly, just as if it was brand new.

They did a nice job. They were here when they said they're gonna be. They came on time. They seemed pretty straightforward.

Went fine.  Down to earth straightforward communication with the owner of the company  His worker did the installation but he was on hand to check it out, make sure all was OK.

Unfortunately, this review is long overdue, so the details are a bit fuzzy. I am left, however, with a very good impression and a well constructed shower door and panel that is working flawlessly over a year later. VCSD was recommended to me by a friend at work and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. They even noted the installation of the tub in a second bathroom was not level, which led to the contractor fixing the problem. Something I would not have figured out on my own.

What they did was fabulous. They were cheaper than Prefer Glass and they were far friendlier. I don't know if I will ever walk to Prefer Glass again because their customer service was horrible like they're snobby. I found an exact glass in Valencia and it's a shower door and is cheaper than what the other company want to charge me. They didn't send it to my house when I came to them so the time the door was given to me was time consuming.

I remodeled my master bathroom and needed a new shower enclosure but was reluctant to go with the seamless style because I was terrified of water leaking out onto the floor. Well... Stuart convinced me that all would be well and here we are 4+ years later and he was right! I have a beautiful shower with a very dry floor! Excellent product and service!

His bid was competitive to others and offered more quality of work. He is responsive and if he doesn't answer the phone when you call, he calls you back within ten minutes. I have used them again because they are so good. There have been no issues with the work and it has been fantastic every time! Stuart has been fantastic as well! The shower door was installed two years ago and it looks just as good as the day it was installed. I recommend him to everyone I know.
