While we do have a very thorough 49 Point Checklist for each cleaning, we do have limitations for areas in heavy condition that are outside our cleaning scope. We do, however, have referrals available for businesses that may be more suitable for your needs. Our company is licensed, insured, and bonded, so if anything is ever damaged during a cleaning, we are able to reimburse our clients for the amount of the damaged item(s). In order to do so, we need a copy of the receipt. Alternatively, we are able to reimburse you if provided a picture of the damaged item(s) and a screenshot of the replacement to confirm model numbers.
