Britney did a great job in cleaning our 1800 square foot apartment. Cleaning took about 3 hrs and we are happy with the outcome.

The first worker did not clean the bathtub and did not clean the kitchen floor at all. She claimed she did the work. The 2nd worker vacummed the kitchen floor , knocked the coffee maker down and it broke. She called & said she was leaving.

While we do have a very thorough 49 Point Checklist for each cleaning, we do have limitations for areas in heavy condition that are outside our cleaning scope. We do, however, have referrals available for businesses that may be more suitable for your needs. Our company is licensed, insured, and bonded, so if anything is ever damaged during a cleaning, we are able to reimburse our clients for the amount of the damaged item(s). In order to do so, we need a copy of the receipt. Alternatively, we are able to reimburse you if provided a picture of the damaged item(s) and a screenshot of the replacement to confirm model numbers. Ken was fantastic. He cleaned years of grease off of my kitchen cupboards. He got up on ladder to clear away MANY cobwebs, mopped floors, and vacuumed. I will have him come back! He is a real asset to MaidPro.

Excellent. Lauren and Felicia were awesome! They cleaned three bedrooms, three bathrooms, the living and dining are and the patio. - 2500 feet. Besides what you would normally expect, they cleaned the inside of two large sliding glass doors and the upholstering on my kitchen chairs. But what I appreciated the most was their concern for our safety. We are both 92 years old with limited mobility and they were very careful to keep us from slipping and falling. Also, the office staff was timely and helpful in their communications with us. We would highly recommend this company.

It went great. Ken cleaned my apartment, which has been going through mold remediation and build back. The living space had an odor to it from all the construction work. It was pretty nasty. Maid Pro sent Ken over, we spoke about what needed to happen, and he did a great job. Every nook and cranny. I will hire them again. They were also responsive and on time.

The cleans have been fantastic! Normally, I'm very skeptical trusting someone to clean when I am not home, but the cleaner sent to me took all my preferences during my first clean and she does an amazing job every time. I have a very busy schedule so I can be forgetful at times, but they call me in advance and remind me, which has been a huge life saver.
