We had standard square windows, small corner windows, large picture windows, and a couple of oddly shaped semi-circle windows above the picture windows and doorway, and he even installed a new door and frame leading out of the garage. Chris always answered my many annoying questions, and he did not mind explained everything he did in good detail. "So far all that has been done is the estimate for the complete job. Today we decided on the floor/wall tiles, vanities, counter tops & sinks that will be supplied by United Builders. No pressure by staff. Suggestions were made, but ultimate decision is ours.
Special thanks goes to Giselle in the office. Without her expertise in scheduling visits to our house for initial & follow up consultation, now of this would have been accomplished. Now we have to select the new bathtub & fixtures. Can't wait to see this project started.

"After scouring the internet and some friends for local contractors that can remodel my kitchen, I came across Landmark Construction (Charlie) who provided me with a quote that I was comfortable with and that included all the items that I wanted to have in my new kitchen. I hired Charlie and his team of workers to renovate my kitchen, guest bathroom and install new hardwood floors throughout my house. Now that the project is completed, I could not be happier with the end results. The most important thing for me (besides quality of work), was the communication between me and Charlie since I have a very busy schedule and Charlie was always responsive to all my requests.
My new kitchen and guest bathroom looks amazing. The floor came out beautiful. Charlie gave me a time frame of 4-5 weeks for this renovation. But they were able to finish a little bit sooner than that and I was extremely happy. I highly recommend Landmark Construction based on my great experience.
