The workmen who installed my new window were careful and tedious to the surroundings. They cleaned up after themselves and enjoyed their work ethics. Brad, owner was attentive to our needs and was very professional and had a very good meeting initially to accommodate our situation.

Overall experience I would rate 10 out of 10. Grant was very great communicating and setting expectations from the get go, when it was time for the install, his team was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Very happy with my experience with SHX and will be using them in the again for future projects.

Grant did an excellent job explaining the various options of windows. He was the most knowledgeable sales person I talked with. I do a fair amount of research before buying and most of the other sales people could not answer all of my questions. Grant had no problem with that and provided additional information I had not considered yet. No excessive sales pressure and clearly laid out the options. I would highly recommend Grant and Superhero Contractors.

When something sounds too good to be true, but then it's real and great! We had a visit from a salesperson, Dallas, who couldn't be any nicer and patient, and who explained to us that, if we qualified, Superhero Contractors would insulate our attic for very little money as per a DWP rebate program. I did a bunch of research on SuperHero, the product that would be used, read on the DWP rebate program, called the DWP, and everything ended up being legit. I even went to the extent of having SuperHero sign my own little contract that they could never come back and ask us for more money, and they had no problem signing it. Johnny & Eddie showed up yesterday morning and insulated our attic. We don't have a huge house, and the whole process took no more than 45 min from start to finish. I was nervous as I had just painted and remodeled our house, but they were very careful and nothing was damaged. Johnny & Eddie were super nice, clean, professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. I couldn't be more pleased with this. We are so used to be taken advantage of that it's hard to believe that something good can happen for a change, but in this case, it totally did! Thank you SuperHero!

I am so glad I chose Superhero Contractors to replace my windows (11 windows and one sliding door). It was a great experience from beginning to end. Account Manager, Brad, came to my house to show me the product and its many great features--there are a lot! He was personal and professional. The pricing was in the middle range of quotes received from five companies. The warranty is excellent, covers everything, and is better than the four other companies. The three installers (Noah, Jeff and Damien) were terrific. They were personal and professional. They expertly installed the windows with no problems. They also cleaned up after they were done. During the entire process, all four guys expressed that a satisfied customer is the most important thing to them. The windows are beautiful and exceed my expectations. I would definitely hire them again!

Superhero Contractors Showed up on time. The workers were friendly and reliable. The lead construction worker explained the process thoroughly before they began working. They worked diligently until the work was completed. My roof was well done and looked Awesome at Completion. I can't thank this company enough for such a job well done. I highly recommend these guys.

Overall installation of the unit was great. There was some miscommunication towards the end of the overall installation but after raising my concerns on line I was contacted immediately and was taken care of promptly.
