"California Custom Pools installed an inground Freeform pool for my family and I and they knocked the project out of the park. Our experience with them was tremendous, from the initial meeting at our home to discuss our options to the final inspection. George was our project manager and Austin was our designer and these two gentlemen were amazing to do business with and excelled with customer service. They were sure to answer all of our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. Communication throughout the process was never a problem and they were always available at any time to answer any questions or concerns or provide more details. When I contacted California Custom Pools, George and Austin were out at our home 2 days later for a meeting. 3 days later we had a design and one week later they broke ground with construction. I’m truly amazed at how fast they moved on this project. They started on August 19th and we had water in the pool on September 21st! Absolutely amazing!! Throughout the process, my wife and I had some minor issues/concerns and when we brought them to the attention of George and Austin they took care of it immediately. George also had glow in the dark pebble installed in the pool and glow in the dark sand to border the pool. Very cool feature that our kids love! I highly recommend California Custom Pools to anyone interested in their services and appreciate George and Austin for doing such an amazing job with our pool! Thank you guys."

Minimized dust and protected home & furniture. * Very good communications with RW every step along the way. * Sean, Project Mgr made himself available & always responded quickly. He informed us of every delivery & each sub-contractor's visit on a daily basis. * Sean timely addressed every request or concern that we ever brought-up. Two subcontractors were required to do some follow-up. Sean ensured that the re-work was completed correctly & timely. * The one and only item discussed during the final walk-thru was completed within a couple days. * RW hit every timeline with the exception of a final day delivery of a broken glass shower door and mirrow, which was promptly re-ordered, delivered and installed within one week. * We were always assured that RW would be at our home at the time & day communicated to us by Sean. * John, an excellent RW lead worker, adhered to high quality standards & often offered on-site suggestions for better aesthetic & functional use of the bathroom. * RW workers were always courteous & cleaned-up after each work day. * Project was completed financially as expected. "They bid was a bit higher than other bids, but I was impressed by their analysis of the technical needs and the options. They also replaced several damaged boards and did an excellent job of feathering and matching. In addition they eagerly took responsibility for moving and replacing all (lots of items) of my furniture (which other bidders had no interest in helping to do) and staging the job so I could stay in the house while the job was done. The end result was sparklingly beautiful. Oh yes, on day by accident they locked my dog walker out of the house and they came back and walked the dog themselves without hesitation."

"Dave was great! The best communication and transparency I've seen in a long time. Dave explained what he needed to do to install the dryer vent and got right to work...NO wasted time. He installed the vent and made sure it was working properly. The vent looks great! Dave is knowledgable, professional, and a nice person. He also stayed in touch, letting me know how soon he would arrive and when he was on his way. I really appreciated that. We will definitely call him the next time we need a handyman."

"In August 2024, my husband and I decided to replace all of our interior furnishings. We originally started our project by working with the “designers” in the stores where we were making major purchases. It took us over 8 months to realize what a BIG MISTAKE that was. Long story short, we called Christian in April 2025. Christian came to our home and talked with us to understand the scope of the project. We wanted to redecorate the family, dining, and living rooms. Christian spent time getting to know us, asking us what we do for fun, and how we live our lives. He gleaned from us that we are adventurous travelers, with a love of the outdoors; he noticed my husband is into music and has a love of classic rock musician hard-cover biography books; he noticed that we both are somewhat minimalistic and that we prefer an orderly space. Christian’s tireless energy over the next 4 months produced recommendations for sofas, artwork, accessories, lighting, area rugs, coffee, end, and drink tables – you name it, Christian thought of it! We needed it all. His recommendations fit not only our lifestyle and our aesthetic preferences, but our personalities. Case in point, during our travels over the years, we’ve taken many photos of the places we’ve been. But these photos lived in our phones – where they weren’t being appreciated. Christian had the brilliant idea to showcase the photos on the wall in the dining room using MixTiles; he also suggested making two huge pieces of wall art for both our entryway and our living room. The result is nothing short of amazing. Christian also brought his crews in for electrical work and some painting. They were friendly, professional, speedy, and very clean. Christian was simply a joy to work with and he made our house not only beautiful, but comfortable, functional, and SO US! He was always available for a visit when a piece of furniture arrived, was always honest with his opinion, and always included my husband. Christian turned what was originally a very frustrating project into a wonderful experience and we are thrilled with the end result. We can’t say enough about Christian’s work and we are proud to call him friend. Design, best understood our vision, his bid was reasonable, and his timeframe for starting the work coincided with our schedule. We very much appreciated that throughout the process Luis listened to our ideas while also giving us his expert advice. We know what we like, but he has a good eye and lots of experience. We know that his input and suggestions greatly improved the outcome of our project. We have always loved our place, but now we love it so much more. Also, Luis and his crew worked very well with our HOA association which has several rules and regulations regarding contractors and improvements. We had no complaints from the HOA nor our neighbors.
