They were so good when we called them - we dealt with the same rep, and they gave us a 25% discount. The packaging was sent by FedEx Freight, and the packaging was amazing. It was a double-walled Masonite crate. The packaging was nicely done, and it arrived in tact. They were very, very good and the pricing was reasonable. We contacted them and John came the same day for an estimate. He gave us a reasonable price, was thorough and patient. About two weeks later they came for the install. The installers did a wonderful job. They were very patient and went the extra mile to ensure the awning and paintings were hung perfectly. "Excellent service, attention to detail, fabric choice, and installation.  Initial sales fellow was very knowledgeable and experienced.  Received great discounting.  Custom sized awning was ready in 10 days.  Installation fellows came pre-installation to double check size and fit.  Unable to confidently comment on quality (its new!),  however, new awning looks beautiful and works with great ease.  And I got a very nice multi-year warranty with Abbott.

"I've never written review for contractor before but the excellent job Aero Patio did on our project inspired me to join Angie's List to inform other individuals in the San Diego area of their excellent workmanship and service. The project was very detailed and required a long permitting process which was handled very professionally by the contractors. And the job required carpenters, electricians, roofers, painters, and gutter installers. Each tradesman was an independent contractor but a member of what was referred to as the Aero Patio family. And the team had obviously worked together for many years and had a great relationship with Steve and Al the contractors. Their coordination and teamwork was excellent. All of the tradesmen were very professional, punctual and courteous and left the job site clean and orderly at the end of each day. The best surprise of all was when I thought project was complete they sent a very talented and discerning individual to fine tune and detail the work done by each of the trades. I would highly recommend Aero Patio and Home Improvement.
