They were great. They were very timely, accurate and competitive with their pricing. All of their staff were pleasant to work with. They engaged well and they were also knowledgeable.

They had a great price and prompt and on time. The issue was taken care of for the termites.

Victor came to give us an estimate and scheduled the job to be done within a few days. He pointed out that my canvas window awnings might get damaged from the heavy tarps and that I might want to consider removing them. I was unable to find anyone who could do it  on such short notice so I decided to just take my chances and hope for the best. The crew was amazing. My awnings were not damaged at all.  From start to finish everything took less than a week. When they showed up, the lead for his crew was very polite and told me everything he was going to do and reminded me of everything I needed to do. It took two days to complete the job. The first day was spent fumigating it and the second day they had electric fans and such to air the house out. We returned on the second day just as they were finishing up and when we walked into the house we couldn't smell any chemicals at all. Everything smelled fresh. The first time I had my house fumigated by a different company 11 years ago and they were in and out in 24 hours. I just never had the feeling then that the job had been done thoroughly, so I was really glad that Victor and his crew took the time to make sure everything was being done right.

Easy to work with, competent.  The job went smoothly.  Hungry Termite must have ended up doing half a dozen houses in a 1 block radius.  And, of course, they do have the best name!

Responsive and quick, kept me informed. Note call SDGE fearly as possible to get gas turned back on!

The whole process went very smooth.  Damaged wood, repaired and painted correctly. Everything inspected inside the house and advised proper packaging before tenting the house.

We first were in contact as the wildfires hit. Victor was backuped with work and finally got to me only with my calling and reminding him that I was still waiting. He sent Aaron over. Aaron was very professional and found that the more involved drilling was necessary.

Victor was very personable and professional. He cut to the chase and gave me a great price right out of the gate. In fact it was $1000 dollars cheaper than what I was quoted by another company a year before. Instructions were clear and we had no problems with the process. Fumigating your home is a major inconvenience any way you slice it, but everything went smoothly. I have nothing but praise for Hungry Termite and Victor Albright!

When I did my research on them, I noticed they were highly rated. I spent the time reading the reviews of people. I was thoroughly impressed. They also gave me the lowest cost. They also pointed out some things I needed to think about.

Victor came in the lowest of three bids. Was professional. Explained everything he was going to do and let me know the moment he was down. I was actually home when the fumigators came and they were very courteous and professional. Would not hesitate to use them again.
