He handled all the demo & hauling, design, footings, rafters, roof, painting, electrical, and repair or replacement of tiles and turf damaged by the old structure. Mike has a warm, friendly personality with an emphasis on quality. He listens to the customer and provides suggestions for enhancements. The structure he built is very solid - it does not budge when you lean on it. His prices are reasonable and he goes out of his way to make sure you're happy with the work."

"I called them to repair our awning after it stopped working about a week ago. At first, they said my motor stopped working due to wind damage and, therefore, the warranty wouldn't be covered. But after sending 3 different teams to my house, they were honest they couldn't 100% determine it was wind damage. Therefore they honored my warranty and replaced the motor for free. I'm very impressed with how they handled this because they are a small company and this was a big cost for them to incur. I will definitely continue to use them in the future as they always do a good job and they are honorable people."

SBX came out on short notice over a weekend to provide a quote for a large (~1200 ft^2) turf install with a section of gravel (~120 ft^2). Carlos provided expert advice and guidance on the project without being pushy and gave a no-bull price for the project. Scheduling and communication was a breeze. Crew showed up on time and finished the work ahead of schedule. They were very courteous and treated the yard as if it were their own. They made small improvements over-and-above the project such as cutting the concrete patio to make the edges smooth and hammering out old concrete post settings. They even prepped and finished an extra 17x3 ft^2 space with the excess gravel (involved cutting through 2 x 6 in diameter tree roots!). Every day they cleaned up and left the place tidy. They even pulled in the garbage cans after trash day for my wife. The finished product was exceptional, the yard was totally transformed. We could not be happier with the results. Please see the attached pictures taken immediately after the job...excuse the dog/kid toys, they could wait to play on the new grass! Last picture was the extra section they prepped and covered. I cannot express how great an experience we had. It was a pleasure to have SBX work on our home and we will surely use them again for future projects!"
