"We purchased a Sunbrella material retractable awning from North County Deck in 2010, as part of our new deck installation.  North County Deck obtained the awning from Abbott Industries/Abbott Awnings.  It is a large awning (more than 20 ft) operated from a switch inside our house.  The awning has a manual operation in case of power outtage.  It is well made and came with a 5 year warranty.  Recently the awning material split along a seam.  We notified North County Deck, who contacted Abbott and arranged to have the awning picked up and repaired.  Today (11/19/2014) a team from Abbott Awnings reinstalled the awning and ensured it worked properly.  There was no charge to us.  Though Abbott Awnings has new owners since we purchased the awning, they have retained their commitment to customer service.  We will be glad to purchase from them in future.

"Began search for a contractor to rebuild deck and added cover over a year ago when it became evident that our old red wood deck needed to be replaced.  Got our original estimate from Aero Patio in May 2011.  Aero's estimate was the lowest by several thousand dollars.  Finally decided we were ready in Oct 2012, called Aero and were pleasantly surprised when they stuck to the estimate they had given us over a year ago  and promised to complete the work before Thanksgiving.
After removing the old decking, it was discovered that the old stringers and the treated foundation lumber was rotted and had to be replaced which Aero did charging only for the material costs.
During the rebuilding, Aero personnel were pleasant, personable, always willing to explain the process, answer any questions and listen to our comments and ideas.  They also did a great job in cleaning up after the job was completed.
The end result is a beautiful new deck and awning with which we are extremely happy.  We would be happy to recommend Aero to friends and family."

"First of all we got a fast and professional quote from Warren. He is a very knowledgeable guy, and he made some great recommendations four this project. He was super patient as our HOA took forever to approve our project, and it took us months to get everything ready for the pergola to be installed. The delays were all on our part, but Warren was patient the entire way. The whole while, Warren occasionally checked in and held his price for us in the contract. Once it was finally time for us to have the pergola installed, Warrens crew was on site within just about a week or two. The crew was outstanding; courteous, professional, and careful.
