"It was better than we expected as our bathtub surround was old and when they finished it, it looked amazing and so bright in our bathroom. They also resurfaced our vanity top and sink and it also looks brand new. The 2 men who did our project were professional and just so nice. They also resurfaced my sisters bathtub and she is so happy with her work. It is so hard to get good service and to have a company so involved with making a customer happy and that is just what we got and would recommend Residential Bath to everyone.. "Jason envisioned our kitchen floor to be in good shape (as it looked). However, after completing the work, he was not happy with it and explained that the old (1950s) floor had too much moisture, causing some areas to not absorb the finish as well. He refinished the floor a second time with a larger finisher (3 different levels of sandpaper!) at no additional cost. We are happy with the work. I think it tells a lot about someone on a project that doesn’t go as planned. Following up and making it right is very important. We would definitely hire Jason again."
