Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. "We had several issues that caused us to contact a company that can come over and check our house for any problem that can be solved and reduced our utilities bills. We contact this company and we asked them to come over and see what they can do. Avi came over and explained to us how they work and what they do in order to determine what can be done. The initial work included sealing all the openings in the house and then they made some tests with special machine that made a clear picture that our air conditioning system have some leaks that causing the system to work extra time. After they completed the testing, Avi came over with another crew of workers and fixed the ducts making sure that there will be no more leaks from that area. The work that they did was good because they made a massive testing before they came to the conclusion about the air conditioning ducts.

"Contacted AllPestPros to replace attic insulation that had been fouled
by rats. Response was prompt and
an estimate made on the same day. The manager noted that several of my
heat/ac ducts were leaking or crushed which I already was aware of, so
an additional estimate was made. I agreed to the estimate -I thought it
was a good price for a nasty job in a hot attic. I was quite happy
with the scheduling of the work and the workers themselves. The workers took
care in removing the old insulation and cleaning as they went.  Only one
note - on the estimate I specified R30 insulation; this was changed to
R19 on the worker's paperwork. It was only after the job was
completed that I noticed the change and verified that the amount of insulation was
less than I had specified - the amount was consistent with R19 so I do believe it was
a paperwork error. I contacted the office and they
agreed that it was their own error and arranged to come out and increase
the amount of insulation without additional cost. No problems, good people."

"My technician was very good but he was in a very big rush. He was originally very pleasant and performed well in not so nice conditions as my house air conditioner was not bringing cool air into the bathroom he was working in. It was uncomfortable in the bathroom so he might have wanted to escape the hot air. He did not screw the top of one of the fixtures well and I wanted the 2 fixtures to not be so tight when you turn them but he was in hurry so I said nothing. He took care of the problem like a Real Pro and I am thankful for him and Choice Home Warranty."
