Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "We needed a new roof for our house. Our ‘old’ roof had few leaks and several problems that required the replacement with a new one. The last rain resulted in a water leak to the bedrooms area. So, we called Landmark construction energy upgrade because they did our neighbor's roof a year ago and they gave us an estimate at that time. This time, they just updated the estimate and they were able to lower it, which was cheaper than the other estimates we got. The good feeling was much better because it’s a family business who not only give the bid but do the work. No hard sell here or having the bid from one guy but the work is with unknown others - as it was with other bids. Landmark did the job so good and very fast as well which was awesome! The workers from Landmark made sure to clean the roof and they did a quality work. The roof was a mess with lots of humps, bumps and terrible pad for the Air conditioning. They rebuilt it all, and had people who came to do specialty tasks, such as hooking up the dish, the air conditioning condenser etc.… More than that, they also fixed the gutters and made sure they are connected correctly. All in all, this project is complete and done. We are no longer have to deal with the old roof and leaks for at least for 20 years. Before we did the new roof, The office staff helped us with the Cool Roof rebate from the power company and the federal tax rebate for an Energy Star roof, both of which we were not aware. Landmark construction energy upgrade are now our roofers who did a great work and have other great contractors to supplement for special tasks and run an all-around energy efficient business. If we ever move or we have a natural disaster, we know who will work for us."

"Contacted AllPestPros to replace attic insulation that had been fouled
by rats. Response was prompt and
an estimate made on the same day. The manager noted that several of my
heat/ac ducts were leaking or crushed which I already was aware of, so
an additional estimate was made. I agreed to the estimate -I thought it
was a good price for a nasty job in a hot attic. I was quite happy
with the scheduling of the work and the workers themselves. The workers took
care in removing the old insulation and cleaning as they went.  Only one
note - on the estimate I specified R30 insulation; this was changed to
R19 on the worker's paperwork. It was only after the job was
completed that I noticed the change and verified that the amount of insulation was
less than I had specified - the amount was consistent with R19 so I do believe it was
a paperwork error. I contacted the office and they
agreed that it was their own error and arranged to come out and increase
the amount of insulation without additional cost. No problems, good people."
