I paid $1,350 for them to clean the hard wood floors and have had nothing but trouble with the Santee office, I guess this person owns more than one franchise, I originally dealt with the Santa Ana office. My floor is ruined and they will not stand behind their guarantee. I guess I am going to have to take them to court."
