"I had about a 1-bedroom house's worth of stuff to move to 2 different places. The guys showed up in the time they said they would, they were courteous, professional, and nice to boot. They moved everything with great care and attention. When they weren't sure about something, they'd ask. They were pretty quick too. They had me verify everything at each place to make sure it was all done to my satisfaction. The rates are very reasonable and straightforward, and they don't try to do complicated math like the number of guys + number of hours x gas x distance or any malarkey like that. I also got a 5% discount for being an Angie's List member, which is always appreciated.

The only negative, if I had one, would be to say that although they take cards, they do the old fashioned card imprint stuff. Guys, there is technology for that nowadays and it's way more secure than the system you have now. And instead of penalizing customers for using a card (the rate is higher for cards than cash) why not say there is a discount for paying in cash?"
