I learned all the good and bad from other companies. During the year 2016, my dad was fully retired as a plumber and I had full control of Extreme Plumbing & Rooter. I used all experience I learned and started to manage 10 employees and 5 trucks on my own. Being a plumber I have to be able to serve customers 24 hrs a day and 7 days a week. Extreme Plumbing & Rooter was formed into a full company the year 2018. It is really difficult to run any company. Honesty and integrity are the main keys in any company. I learned from my dad to be honest with every homeowner, clients, employees, partners. Honesty is the key to successful business.
