- CRONIC DISASTER SERVICESThey took care of a leaking roof. They had to do some dry wall, some repair and some painting and crown moulding. They were excellent. They were here for 4 days about two weeks ago. The price was reasonable and the insurance company paid the bill.

- CRONIC DISASTER SERVICESI had a leak from the baseboard when it rained. Robert Cronic of Cronic Disaster Services came out to find the problem. Even in pouring down rain. Jerry Carmony came out to fix the problems. He replaced the drywall, baseboard and painted both. He told me Megan from the office would call me to set up a day and time for the rug to be stretched. The room was perfectly done and Jerry left the room spotless. I have told a lot of people if they needed work to call Cronic Disaster Services. I am very happy with this company as well as the employees, and would definenty use them again.
- ART OF THE CRAFT LATHExcellent- it turned out to be a bigger job than originally thought- repair was more extensive. All of the stucco- except for the color match to a faded 16 year old stucco job looks EXACTLY as the rest of the house. I think the thing that impressed me as much as the beautiful work that was done, was that we had several minor spots where stucco needed to be repaired, and Art of the Craft patched those spots as well, without being asked. Professional, and more. Any more stucco work needing to be done on our house- Art of the Craft is the company I will be contacting!

They adjusted themselves to my schedule even though they said it would be difficult and did a first class job in the time frame they quoted and for the price they quoted. I was impressed and plan to use them again. |As for the price, I researched price structures on the web and determined what would be a fair price and their quote was $100 higher than my number. As the job entailed 500 miles of driving that was pretty good

"I really liked them. This is the second time I have used them. I had used them to paint my uncle's house for me last year and I was impressed with them. They came recommended to me by one of my ceramic students, they had liked them and so I used them. When they said they would be there at eight am, they were there three minutes to eight. They said they would take a half hour for lunch and they were back in twenty minutes and working. When they said they would finish, they finished. The price was more than reasonable. I took them generously because I thought they were reasonable and I was pleased with their work. They will be back tomorrow for some more work. I am having new flooring put in, they told me once flooring was down and if they scuffed up the paint around the baseboards, they would be back to touch it up at no cost. They provide quality service. They didn't get back to me on the estimate quite as fast and that left me a little nervous because I didn't know whether they had declined the job or not. They did get back but it did take them a while. They were just nice guys.
