He has a $70.00 minimum charge so I can't use him for smaller projects. I'm probably worth "dozens of small projects" so it would have been worth his while to work with me on this.

Mike did a great job removing my bathroom sink faucet and installing a new one. Very professional as an unlicensed contractor. It was evident that he had a lot of experience with plumbing and was quick in the completion of the job. Friendly and reliable. I highly recommend Mike and will be using him again to do some drywall repair.
