Fred called ahead the day of the appointment- he was able to be there a little earlier than he had anticipated and was checking to see if I wanted him to come out then. I did. It was easy and smooth as possible. This was the third or fourth time I've had Fred do rekeying on rentals, etc. over the years

Others had cheaper fencemen and they are now have flimsy fences, while ours is sturdy and well built. The property was kept clean and neat afterwards. Shane is a nice guy and a hard worker. Good work ethic and trustworthy

- Giles Lock and SecurityScheduled a service call to add a deadbolt for a business. Person showed up on the scheduled day but late in the day around 4PM. Even though I told them I needed a dead bolt and the color, the tech said he didn't have one with him and had to reschedule for the next day. They called late the next day and said they didn't have that even at the store and had to order. After a few days they showed up with the correct color and drilled out the door and began installing the deadbolt. He put the lock on but it wasn't completely done since the Shlauge? lock had a poorly threaded hole for one of the 2 main bolts inside it. I called them a couple days later and he said he had a replacement on order. I know the Shlauge problem wasn't there fault but I would think they would keep more than just one brown colored deadbolt in stock. I'm now going on two weeks since the first call for one deadbolt! Not that happy about it..

"I had been calling around town to inquire information on having a key made for my car and every place I called was either friendly but expensive or extremely rude and fairly priced. When I contacted Thomas at Abbey Auto Lock and Key he was not only fairly price he was friendly and extremely helpful. Made the whole frustrating situation easier. He was at my home within an hour or two and able to make a new key to my car before I had to leave for work. I would definitely recommend Abbey Auto Lock and Key and will use them in the future if needed. thank you for all your help!!!!!!!

"Al Luis was very professional, on time and friendly. I had replaced all of my door knobs and dead bolts myself. The door company re-keyed them to fit my previous key. They worked ok but not smooth and the front door didn't work at all with my previous key. He took the dead bolt apart on the front door and re-keyed it to my key. He adjusted and oiled the other 4 dead bolts. All work great now. He made two extra keys for us. I was very comfortable with his personality. I would definitely hire him again or not hesitate to recommend him to others.
