While they were installing my new unit they even noticed a kinked suction line on my second AC unit (my home warranty company previously sent out a horrible AC company and they kinked the suction line while installing a new coil). Luckily Benchmark caught that before damage was done to my second AC Unit. Because of there professionalism and great work, I was able to get my home warranty company to agree to let them do the fix for the bent suction line. Once again, they did a great job! "Noel their Technician is very easy to work with and has an incredible knowledge base, he installed an outdoor HIKVISION Dome IP Camera and NVR. Their are multiple browsers, plug-ins and menus in which to use and access user defined parameters for HIKVISION each with varying options. I'm now using Microsoft Edge and its plug-in software to be able to access the most settings for configuring and viewing the camera as the camera and NVR's Default settings need site specific tuning. As the end user who supplied the equipment I'm more than pleased with this Company and in particular with their Tech' Noel."
