Benchmark AC was excellent to work with. Their prices were competitive with other AC companies for a Lennox system. They are very knowledgeable and did great work. While they were installing my new unit they even noticed a kinked suction line on my second AC unit (my home warranty company previously sent out a horrible AC company and they kinked the suction line while installing a new coil). Luckily Benchmark caught that before damage was done to my second AC Unit. Because of there professionalism and great work, I was able to get my home warranty company to agree to let them do the fix for the bent suction line. Once again, they did a great job! I highly recommend Benchmark AC and they will be the only AC company I use from now on!

Tech. was knowledgeable and work was performed in a reasonable amount of time, although I thought the charges were a little pricey.

It went very well. The office responded very quickly and the service technician arrived within a few hours during what is likely a very busy time with 109 degrees temperatures. The work was performed quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Aaron knew what he was doing and quickly diagnosed the problems. He tested and replaced the main capacitor, and then cleaned the coils and corrected an overheating problem. He arrived with the parts to complete the job quickly and successfully, and restore the comfort of my home in Bakersfield in July!

They were very professional. The technician’s assistant was Spanish speaking which was helpful when they needed to ask my MIL a question. Fair price and through job done. Pictures were taken, and work looked amazing. The only thing is I asked for copies of the pictures, but the office has not sent yet.

Done, like always, on time and in a professional manner. We are a feline sanctuary and have 2 systems. Outstanding performance and everyone there is so patient and helpful. Lots of cat hair and dust to be cleared out. System is now perfectly cleaned and performs beautifully.

Wonderful. Got right out today after I called. Was sooo helpful in explaining things and fixed it and offered advice for smoother air conditioner care in the future!!

Our part of the country is having a BIG heat wave. There was a high demand for air conditioning servicing. Arron and his assistant, Joe, came and did the needed repairs quickly and left no debris behind. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.

Outstanding!! Called on a Sunday, when they are not open and left a message. Received a call back the same day and they sent a technician out the same day as well! They confirmed what we already knew, that we needed a new unit. Ours was 25 years old and quit running in 104* weather! They gave estimates and were very prompt and helpful on the same day, (Sunday.) We were able to choose a unit best suited for us and they answered any questions we had all within hours of us calling them. The next day on Monday they came to our house and started work when they left Monday, they were practically done! Had the unit there and running and had enough vents hooked up to keep us cool and comfortable until they could come back the next day. They had also enlarged our return air duct and filter which we had wanted and needed done because ours was too small to cool the house correctly. And installed a new smart thermostat that needed additional wiring at no charge that we had bought. They did a duct pressure test, removed all the air supply registers sealed them with insulation tape and replaced the registers, fuel gas piping and condensate piping, and removed old unit. They arrived early the next day (Tuesday) and in about 2 1/2 hours they were completely done. Everyone of the employees deserves a huge THANK YOU! They were so friendly, informative, knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking. We can't say enough good things about our experience with them. We will use them for all our needs from now on! Had an employee named Kenneth, described all that he was doing. Explained what we could do to help the system. Not bad considering Kenneth was here close to 2 hours to ensure system was fixed.

On warm Sunday night in May around 4:30 pm, needed to cool down, and compressor finally gave up after 22 yrs of service. Called Benchmark to leave a message, hoping to here from them Monday morning. To my surprise, I get a call from a guy named Ryan about an hour later Sunday evening. I explained to him what happened and that I realized it was time for a new unit. I was told that he (Ryan) and the owner Mike would be over to check out unit and what my best options were first thing Monday morning. They were here first thing in the morning. The owner Mike gave me a very educational view about how these units work and how to get the best efficiency out of them. My decision was go for a new unit ( I mean after 22 yrs). Buy the afternoon Ryan called me to let me know he emailed me a few options of units to go with. I got back to him around 3 pm to let him know which unit I wanted. Ryan called me back around 4 pm and told me he might possibly have someone here first thing Tuesday morning to start taking out the old unit, that way when they get the new unit, it will be ready to go in. At 7:30 two guys by the name of Darrel and Brandon are at my door ready to start to decommission, and by 9:30 The owner Mike along with Ryan rolls up with the new unit, not only that, they are jumping in to give everyone a hand. Wow! Darrell and Brandon had my air on before they left for the evening (I mean that morning I had already contemplated Motel 8 for a night). Darrell and Brandon were back the next morning and finished everything up. This group is not just a great group of good professionals, they are a well knit family workers. If anyone is looking for a good experience, when your unit craters and it's a 100+, Benchmark Air Conditioning is it. Cheers to everyone who works for this organization!
