"Another remodel, another job well done by Mt. Tam! This one was certainly not easy, and required all kinds of extra work due to our own style preferences, and the existing framework. Roberto, Isa & co. are true masters of their trade, and it REALLY helps that they can handle everything themselves instead of hiring out specialists which takes more time & money. Roger is an idea guy, and continues to think of new improvements / enhancements to your project; don't be surprised if he comes to you with something! Best advice I can give is to take him up on it if your budget allows - the adjustments were completely worth it, and priced quite fairly.
