"Martin and Jose came in with all the tools they needed for the job. They repaired the cracked granite and secured/tightened my kitchen faucet. They are innovative and professional. I can't even tell the difference. They sanded and polished the area and caulked the entire area beyond what I asked."

"Omar came out to estimate cost to remove old carpet and tile and lay all new porcelain tile through out a 784 sq ft condo. He came on time and his price was very competitive. We were completely remodelling our condo floor to ceiling. He advised that his company could do everything we needed to have done.(new floors, new quartz countertops, new tub and tile surround shower, new toilet, new recessed ceiling lights, etc) He and his crew did an excellent job on everything and were always respectful of us and our property He was easy to work with and competitive in all his pricing. I would highly recommend Tile Pros to anyone."

Natural Stone is our specialty and we dedicate 100% of our time perfecting the art of natural stone installations and in creating a mesmerizing one of a kind marble, granite or quartz countertop that you have always wanted. We strive each and every time to create a beautiful, custom tile masterpiece installation on any tile setting subtrate. We specialize in tile floors, walls, showers, tubs, backsplash, outdoor landscape veneer stone as well as flagstone. We know that natural stone can withstand the test of time, but only if it's installed correctly, the first time. We can tell when an installer "is doing his job", "likes his job" or "loves his job", and not by speaking to him about his experience but by looking at his finish product, it speaks for itself. Our many years of experience have thaught us that not every stone is created equal, meaning that you can't always apply the same tactics to every installation, which includes materials used, preparation of subtrates before install, handling of the stone, the layout and pattern of tile, the way the cuts are made, among so many other things. Knowing your stone is an essential part of the installation process. We have learned all we know by the many, many years of hands on experience we have, by trial and error and by the dedication we have to perfecting our trade. Regardless of job size or stone being used, we always strive for perfection. We don't offer any other services. We are not plumber's, electricians or carpenters. We are not "Handyman" or "Jack of all trades" but proudly an "Ace of one ". Our Tile Setters ONLY install tile and our Granite Fabricators ONLY frabricate/install Granite Countertops.

Marble Restoration questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can repair a stone countertop yourself for minor issues like small chips or scratches, and DIY repair kits are available for this purpose. However, for larger problems such as major cracks or significant stains, DIY repairs may not be effective. In these cases, professional services are recommended to ensure a seamless finish, prevent further damage, and use the proper materials and techniques for a full restoration.

Most repairs take 2-4 hours. Extensive repairs or full refinishing may require additional time, typically up to a full day.

Yes, most professional repair services include the application of sealants for weatherproofing or waterproofing. This process helps protect the repaired area from moisture, weather damage, and future wear, which can improve durability and energy efficiency. It is always best to confirm with your contractor or service provider if sealing is included in their repair process.

No, you should not put a hot pan or pot directly on a quartz countertop. While quartz is generally heat-resistant, the resin binders used in its manufacturing are sensitive to extreme heat from items exceeding 150 degrees Fahrenheit. This can damage the resin, leading to discoloration, burns, or even cracking. To prevent permanent damage, always use trivets or hot pads for hot cookware.

Yes, stains can often be removed using a poultice paste that draws out the stain. The paste is applied, allowed to dry, and then removed, lifting the stain from the stone.
