Not only did they address my pest control needs promptly, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done thoroughly and efficiently. Their team demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise in dealing with various pests, and they provided me with valuable insights on prevention and maintenance. Moreover, their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I highly recommend Buncha Bugs to anyone in need of pest control services. "It went very well and I really appreciated their responsiveness and efforts.  My only issue was after the possum was trapped and was sitting in the cage, no one came to get it for quite awhile.  It was an extremely hot day and the possum was trapped in the blazing sun for hours, so I just felt really bad about that.  I called a few times to urge them to hurry up and come get it but it was not until later in the day.

"The rep was very nice, knowledgeable. He found the nest, which wasn't where he or I thought it would be at first. He was very polite and pleasant."

"It's been an incredible experience in hiring Bird Masters LA to take care of pressure washing my driveway, front and back yard restoring the concrete as if it was just layed out. Tree oil stains, dirt build up, bird droppings and tire marks have been completely removed. Soon after I had them humanely remove a bird nest and bird proof my home with bird spikes. They have also cleaned all my windows and screens in/out leaving them spotless. My home is now ready for a family event! thank you for your service in a timely manner and the peace of mind. Highly suggested for their quality work and results."

"Perfect. When you work with someone who has a passion for their what they do, it makes a big difference. They did a great job, left no mess (and no bees). I'm glad the bees will live on somewhere else and continue to pollinate fruits and flowers in our area."

"Excellent service.  Zach arrived when he said he would. The consultation was quick and he was able to provide the service that very day.  A follow up visit was scheduled two weeks out to ensure the gophers had been eradicated.  It has been a few weeks now since the last visit and there are no gophers to be seen. Would recommend this service."
