"Very easy to work with. I'd used them before but this time I got estimates from other contractors and was amazed how much more reasonable Cal Preserving was. The difference may be that the others pointed to additional steps that could be taken. Did Cal Preserving "miss" these things or recognize they weren't necessary--I'm inclined to believe the latter."

"Wish they had given me more time to choose colors. I felt pressured to decide. (Reasonable I guess as the painters were ready to go but their was still quite a bit more prep work to do).. The workers were pleasant and accommodating. There was a lot of pick up of tape, etc. that I had to do (small pieces of stuff) but overall they cleaned up well. I felt they charged me a fair amount and that was nice. The owner did a walk through but a bit before they finished. I went out today and found paint dripped on several place on my cement walks. Also I was disappointed that they did not put things back they had to move. Some are way too heavy for me to move myself. Also noticed when I opened some of the doors that they missed some of the edges. They had to scrape and sand some things a lot and made things look almost brand new. It was amazing."

"Paradise Painting did an excellent job repainting the exterior of my house. Adrian was very professional in all aspects of the job. Major prep was needed on the wood siding in the front. He did not rush the job, making sure the walls were fully dry and prepped before applying the paint. Excellent clean up afterwards. I would definitely reuse them again."
