His assistant was very skilled in the kind of carpentry required for building a deck and benches incorporated into the structure. The photo shows the triangular area repaired after a spa had been removed. The new redwood had not yet been stained to match the older part of the deck."

There were 2 occasions where changes needed to be made and they were reasonably accommodated without any nickel-and-diming.
