"Jim was incredibly responsive -- emailed/called me back promptly and gave me a very reasonable quote after I sent him a photo of the project. The project was tiling an area in the shower that had to be ripped out to fix a plumbing problem. He was able to do the project two days after I had contacted him. He and his coworker were punctual and did an excellent job. I definitely would hire Jim for future tiling projects."
