After a very high-pressure sales pitch (disguised as a design meeting) with all the accoutrements (fancy PowerPoint demonstration, a copy of their impressive surety bond, commitments that they will stand behind us, and a discount that magically expired the same day) and a commitment that the 25-year warrantee covers everything but seismic and trees, Del Rey Paving completed our $72k backyard paver project in September 2023. Over the next few weeks, the pavers began to separate, sag, and crown. Also, the drainage in many areas was toward the house, not away from it. They did come back a couple of times to remove pavers, recompact, and reset. "

"We will NEVER hire again and were extremely disappointed with AD Grass services. I wish that I could give them 0 stars. My husband reached out to this landscaping company for tree services and disposal. Ader spoke to my husband and said that they would remove the trees and grind the stumps to ensure they wouldn’t grow back. They did NOT do this. They cut down the trees to where the stumps were ground level, but did not remove the stumps to grind like they said they would. Also, they were not able to remove a tree close to the gas line, which is fine, but they also did not reduce the price. We knew of a separate vendor that would have removed the trees without removing the stumps, and would have done it for half the price. But because Ader said they would provide stump removal, we went with them. So not only were we lied to, we were also overcharged. We paid them because we are people of our word, but clearly this business is not. Would not recommend to anyone ever."
