"Mediocre service and absolutely appalling customer service. Before having our granite countertops cleaned and sealed, I specifically mentioned how I had used acetone to treat certain olive oil stains and deliberately asked whether or not this would affect the cleaning and sealing process. Their technician assured me that it would not. After one hour of work, I observed that many of the areas that I had previously treated with acetone were significantly darker than other areas of our granite countertops. I am pretty sure this was due to the acetone-affected areas not having any prior sealant, so they absorbed water or cleaner or other liquids that were used during the cleaning. I asked the technician why certain areas on our granite countertops were much lighter than the darker areas. His response was ,I do not really have an answer for you. I found this answer unprofessional and unacceptable for someone who specializes in countertop repairs. As someone who is untrained and unskilled in countertop repair, even I could tell that my countertops had been cleaned and wetted by some cleaning agent and then sealed immediately without enough time for the cleaner to evaporate. The fact that I specifically asked beforehand over the phone whether or not acetone-treated areas would be affected by his cleaning and then immediately found darkening issues on these exact areas is an issue I cannot overlook. Furthermore, upon contacting Cole Restoration about my complaint, I was given a generic email response about how they want all of [their] customers to have a good experience and they asked for photos. I quickly replied with photos showing the areas of concern. This was over a month ago. Since then I have sent two follow up emails and left a voice message. Still ZERO response. All around dreadful, neglectful, and unacceptable. I can not and wont ever recommend Cole Restorations to anyone after being an afterthought to them for over a month."

"This company is priced higher than others by about $500 but the sales pitch was good and they felt genuine in their goal to make us have an effortless and quick turnaround with impeccable work. The sales person Santana was very nice and accomodating and was able to guarentee it would be done in 1 day 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left. "

"We hired Emmanuel and his crew to demo our shower/tub and install new tile and fixtures. He literally went above and beyond! The quality of his craftsmanship is hard to find. He finished the job in less than 4 days. Always showed up on time and he even went the extra mile by floating the nearby wall that a previous contractor had messed up and installing a dimmer switch (which we didn’t ask for- but was a very nice surprise!). "Italish Remoldling and Custom Cabinets is a great company if you need any remodeling done. They did a complete remodeling of two bathrooms which included taking out a sunken tub and making a walk-in shower in master bathroom and installing a pocket door. In guest bathroom they add a shower to current bath tub. Made all new cabinets for both bathrooms to our expectations. They updated our kitchen cabinets by making new soft close cabinet door fronts and new soft close drawers They installed new doors throughout our house including new front door, garage door, kitchen fire door, all bedrooms, and bathroom doors. Installed new flooring in our living room. Everything turned out beautifully. Every detail we asked from Rodney and his crew, they made it work. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are quick, reliable, a great team of professionals. Rodney is a great source of information. He had lots of connections to other contractors to help complete our remodeling needs. He followed up with outside contractors to make sure the job they were working on was done correctly. If I need anything else done, this company will be my first call."
