But what really stood out was his approach. Instead of pushing for a full replacement of my tankless water heater, he took the time to process a warranty claim for the heat exchanger directly with Rinnai, saving me a lot of money. While the part was being shipped, I went on a family trip, and Jeff stayed on top of everything. As soon as I got back, he was at my house the very next day to install the part and make sure everything was working perfectly.
