"Steve and his team are real pros. They were on time every time. They quoted the job quickly and fairly. They were able to start the following week. Everyone who came to my house was friendly. They spent a good amount of time protecting the floors and furniture. Mostly importantly, the end result was just beautiful. My house was built in the 20's so not many lines are straight or plumb which makes things a little more challenging. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional , L.A Expert Builders remodeled my master bedroom and it's now my favorite room in my home. "Painted full interior of house. They gave a very good estimate, arrived on time and finished and cleaned up on time. They did not try very hard to match specific paint samples I gave them. Nor did they do any prep work (smoothing rough spots or filling cracks, etc.) so I have a new paint job but all the old patches show right through. I would consider using them again only if in the agreement I specifically ask them to sand, patch, fill etc., every single spot on the walls."

"Wiring installation for a ceiling fan created several openings in a popcorn ceiling that needed patching,   We used Brad Patrick three years ago (recommended that time by our painter)  to perform similar repairs in the same room due to a plumbing leak (we were quite please with their work that time),  and as a new member of Angie's List we were happy to find Brad Patrick on the list.  Brad responded promptly to our inquiry, and we set up a convenient day for the work; we preferred early morning for this, and he was happy to accommodate us in that.  The men arrived on time, did a very professional job, and cleaned up their work very well.  We trust we won't have to have this room done again, but if we need similar work done, Brad would be the first person we'd call.  This obviously was a small repair job, but Brad was happy to do it, which we really appreciate."

I was in touch with several painting companies and at the end I hired Be Green Builders for that project because they are highly recommended painting company, honest, reliable and mainly fairly priced.
