"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! "United Builders did an excellent job remodeling our patio. We had a flagstone patio installed about a year and a half ago (with another company), but it wasn't done well and the flagstones were lifting up. We originally were thinking of having the flagstone redone, but Mike gave us the great suggestion of using pavers and extending the length of the patio and we are very satisfied with the final results!
The entire job was done very professionally, and we were impressed with the small details- like cutting the pavers to fit tightly around some pipes. Mike was great in giving us design ideas and really was patient and supportive through the whole process. Also we got a great gas firepit built in the center which looks very nice and makes our patio usable in the evening so overall we will get more use out of it. The crew did a good job cleaning up, and Mike was attentive to all of my questions during and after the project. When it rained and the water heater pilot light went out, the company sent their plumber out again to relight it and reseal the gaps in the newly installed water heater shed. Also when our sprinklers wouldn't turn on after the project was completed he came and figured out the problem (fuse needed to be replaced) and fixed it for us for no additional charge. We definitely will use this company again!

"We had a slow start at first but that was not because of Ryan's service, we originally contacted him in February and was on his schedule for February 24th, however the current Job he was working took longer as the job apparently had grown into a longer job.  So we scheduled to February 27th, and then the rain started we had several much needed storms coming in and it was very important that the decks were totally dry before coating and it had to be dry for at least 48 hours after the coating.  Our next schedule was on April 8th due to March being off and on rain.
When Ryan arrived at 10:00 in the morning he brought the material the his crew would need to complete the job, his crew was a little late but once the started the job they did a very efficient job and cleaned up after they were done they were very pleasant and professional. All in all we are very happy with Ryan and his crew.
