"Got everything cleaned out as expected along with some unexpected items in the flue (rocks, dead birds). Protected the inside with tarps and vacuumed everything up. Recommended and I had a chimney cap installed. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and within budget."
Black stains shows evidence of hazardous cracks in firebox. Top 6” and lintel bar removed from fireplace. Not ever a good idea. Potentially making fireplace unsafe to use.

"The crew showed up on time. They were very professional and got right to work. This was an elderly person's home. There was a lot to clean up. Lots of "accidents' and neglect. I'm not even sure they took a lunch break. They did a terrific job and spent around 5 hours getting the house cleaned up. I felt the fee was reasonable."

"Paul Pate and his staff from Blue Ocean Window Cleaning, performed an excellent job. My windows look brand new. He and his staff covered my furniture, fine flooring, and any areas that were in close proximity to my windows, ensuring that nothing would be damaged. The work was meticulously completed on time for over 2 dozen windows (inside/outside & screens) in all 4 floors of my condo. Paul came to my condo to review the level of work involved, and provide me with a price quote by the next day. The price quoted was fair and competitive with other companies and is what I paid once the work was completed. Blue Ocean Window Cleaning exudes a high level of professionalism! "Joe and his partner were so professional and polite! They came to clean my 11 blinds that havenâ t been touched in years and were filthy. Joe and his partner took them all down and cleaned them in their mobile van. Once cleaned, they hung them up and made sure we were satisfied with their serviceâ and boy, were we beyond satisfied!
