"Reasonably well. On time, did good grout work, floor cleaned. Finished early only to realize had neglected to clean 2 bathrooms, then did a substandard job. I blame his helpers more than himself. When substandard areas were pointed out they were fixed but there was a little grumbling. I would use again, but I would make sure to walk him through each of the areas right before the job was to be done and point out specifically all of the problem areas that you want fixed in the moment."

He phoned to tell us when he'd arrive, and when traffic caused a slight delay he phoned to let us know about that too. He moved his car without being asked in order to accommodate our handyman, who was there at the same time.
